Pastor Johnnie B. Williams was called into the service of the Lord June of 1987 after a tragic accident where he was thrown 10 feet into the air landing on his head and assumed dead. He is here to tell about it.
Pastor Williams has served in the following capacities:
 Deacon, Local President Home and Foreign Missions, Sunday School Teacher, Vice President-State Home and Foreign Missions. Pastor Williams works with the Jurisdiction Finance Dept and is the Director of Minnesota C.O.G.I.C. Charities.

Pastor Williams holds a Bachelor Degree in Science and Health/Phys Ed and Masters of Art in Leadership Education.

Pastor J.B. Williams taught in the Minneapolis and Robbinsdale School Districts for 17 years; 10 of those years were in Credit Recovery for the Robbinsdale School District. He was also a Physical Education Teacher and coached basketball at the JV level and track & field and basketball at Middle School level  for 8 years. Pastor Williams is a Success Coach and is active in helping teens.

Pastor J.B. Williams was called to pastor some years ago, and accepted the call in September of 2011. Pastor Williams and his bride, Dr. Lucy Smith Williams, opened the doors of Full Proof Ministry Church of God in Christ December 4, 2011. On that great day fourteen people joined the church.

 "But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
II Timothy 4:5".

Lucy Smith Williams is a native of  Guntown, Mississippi and is the seventh of twelve siblings.  She is the wife of Pastor J.B. Williams, the mother of two sons, the grandmother of five grandchildren and two great-grand children. Dr. Smith Williams has been saved and filled with the Holy Ghost for over 40 years, and she continues to have a relentless mind to serve God.
Dr. Lucy Smith Williams’ work and service in the Church Of God In Christ is exemplary.  She has served as Loving Aid President, Missionary Circle President and Church Manager.
In addition, Dr Smith Williams has served or currently serves in the following capacities:
On the District Level she served as the District Administrator to the # 7 Agapé District, Lead Aide to the District Missionary, President of the Communications Department, Finance, and as District Marshall,
Jurisdictional Women's Department served on the Finance Committee, Advisory Board, And Special Project Committee. Dr. Williams served for ten years as the State Supervisor's personal driver.
Adjutant Mother for the Women Adjutancy Department, The Overseer for the Security Department for the Region 3 Home and Foreign Missions.
On the National Level as a National Adjutant, Serves with the National Altar Workers Committee, She was appointed District Missionary of the # 7 Agape District in December of 2004,
Serves on the State for the National Level as The District Missionaries Representative, Appointed Elect Lady of the  Evangelism Department of Minnesota Jurisdiction, Appointed National Evangelist by Mother Willie Mae Rivers November of 2011, Called by God to be a Pastor’s Wife September of 2011,
National level Executive Committee for the District Missionaries and National and International Evangelists Department.

In 2012 Dr. Smith Williams received her Doctorate Degree in Theology. She heard the voice of God speaking to her to start the Ministry of Sisters Implementing Strategies toward Achievements and, Sisters Introducing Salvation to All (SISTA SISTA2), Women of Wisdom (WOW ) and  Women of Excellence (WOE).  Dr. Smith Williams is determined to do the work of the Lord that has been placed upon her to do.  You might see Dr. Smith Williams at any given time passing out some type of needed items to women shelters and the homeless.
Dr. Smith Williams and her team grilled over 1000 hot dogs, passed out Bibles and distributed toiletries to the homeless in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Lucy Smith Williams’ vision is to grow and mature in God’s plan for her life.
